AI automation
For founders and ops leads drowning in manual work — and for teams that tried ChatGPT and now need something that runs unattended. We build automations that do the repetitive work on a schedule, with logging and handover, on your own accounts.
What gets built
- AI agents that research, draft and report.
- Workflow automation with Google Apps Script, Make/n8n and Python.
- Internal tools your team actually uses (dashboards, intake forms, trackers).
- AI-assisted reporting — the weekly report that writes itself.
We build AI automations professionally — including on a marketing measurement team at a global technology company — and have built 15+ AI agents and automations. Anonymised case studies will be published here as client work completes.
How it works
- Discovery sprint. We map what your team does repeatedly, pick the automations worth building, and estimate effort against impact.
- Build. We build, test with your real data, and document.
- Handover or managed. You run it with our documentation, or we run and improve it monthly.
Proof: this website's own lead form is an automation we built
When you submit the free-check form on this site, no human touches the intake: a Cloudflare function validates the submission, writes the lead to a Google Sheet, and notifies the founder — spam-filtered and rate-limited, at a running cost of ₹0. The same pattern (form → validation → sheet → notification) replaces manual intake in most businesses we talk to.
Offers
Discovery sprint — fixed scope
A short, fixed-price engagement producing an automation plan ranked by effort and impact. Useful on its own even if you build in-house.
Build — project
One or more automations built, tested against your real workflow, documented and handed over. You own everything.
Managed — monthly
We run, monitor and improve your automations month to month. For teams without a technical owner.
Common questions
What kind of automations do you build?
AI agents, workflow automation with Google Apps Script, Make/n8n and Python, internal tools, and AI-assisted reporting. Anything a person does repeatedly on a schedule is a candidate.
We already use ChatGPT. Why do we need this?
ChatGPT answers when a person asks. An automation runs unattended — on a schedule or a trigger — with checks, logging and handover documentation, so the work happens whether or not anyone remembers to do it.
Do we own what you build?
Yes. Builds are handed over with documentation and run on your accounts. You can maintain it yourself after handover, or we manage it monthly.
